We are a locally owned group of three busy automotive repair shops looking for a reliable and organized Office Coordinator to support our team and help keep operations running smoothly across locations. This entry level position is mainly clerical with owner support. No Service Writing or Automotive knowledge required

Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support for three shop locations
• Assist with customer follow-ups, and phone calls
• Help manage paperwork, invoices, and vendor communication
• Audit daily deposit and parts reports
• Support hiring coordination and employee onboarding paperwork
• Maintain organized digital and physical records
• Assist ownership and store managers with day-to-day operational tasks
