Job Summary
Are you ready to take the next big step in your automotive industry career? Our high-volume automotive repair facility is seeking a full-time Automotive General Manager to oversee and motivate our talented team of professionals.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a track record of successful management positions with at least three years of experience, and a strong desire to succeed with integrity.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met.
- Ensure that sales and profit goals are met.
- Learn and uphold all local, state, and federal regulations impacting the automotive repair industry.
Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in a service manager or shop manager position is necessary.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends.
- Possess a state-issued driver’s license.
- Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership; and the ability to interpret profit and loss statements are necessary for success.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
